Top prizes listed with "rollover" are the starting amount. The Jackpot prizes will grow after every draw until someone wins.
Pari-mutuel prize structure means players' winnings are determined by dividing the prize pool allocated for that winning category by the
number of winners.

Nebraska Lottery General Rules and Regulations
The following are the most prominent rules and regulations that the player should be aware of before playing the Nebraska lottery games.
- Nebraska Lottery players must be 19 years of age or older.
- A lottery ticket may not be purchased by, nor a prize awarded to the director, board member, employee of the lottery, or any
spouse, child, brother, sister, or parent residing in the same household as the director, board member, or employee of the lottery.
- Nebraska State Lottery tickets may only be purchased at a retailer under contract with the Lottery, at a Lottery office or
online via the subscription service at mnlottery.com for players that have a Nebraska address.
- A ticket that has been legally issued by a Lottery Game Retailer is a bearer instrument until a name is signed or placed on
the lottery ticket in the area designated.
- The person who signs or places their name on the ticket is considered the bearer of the ticket. When a name is placed in the
designated area, the person whose name appears in that area is the owner of the ticket and is entitled to any prize attributable
to that ticket. The Division will only make payment of a prize to the name on the ticket, notwithstanding any name submitted on
the claim form.
- All Nebraska Lottery prizes are subject to state and federal income taxes.

Claiming Prizes of the Nebraska Lottery
Here are the steps you have to follow if you are a lucky winner of any Nebraska lottery,
- Nebraska Lottery players 180 days from the draw date to claim their prize. If a prize is not claimed within 180 days,
it goes to the state General Fund.
- You may claim prizes in person or by mail.
- Prizes up to $500 can be claimed at any Nebraska Lottery retailer. Some retailers reserve the right to pay prizes only up to
a certain level due to security concerns.
- Prizes of $501 to $19,999 must be claimed by mail or at a Regional Lottery Claim Center in Grand Island, Norfolk, North Platte,
Omaha, and Scottsbluff.
- Prizes of $20,000 or more must be claimed in person at Nebraska Lottery Headquarters, Lincoln. To claim prizes by mail, send
a completed claim form to: Nebraska Lottery Prize Claim, P.O. Box 95145, Lincoln, NE 68509-5145
- Prizes above $5,000 have state and federal taxes automatically withheld, at 5 and 25 percent, respectively..
- By law, the Nebraska Lottery automatically checks for back taxes and child support on prizes of more than $500.

Where do the Nebraska Lottery profits go?
Proceeds from the Nebraska Lottery, about 24 percent after payment of prizes and expenses, are directed to following beneficiaries:
Nebraska Environmental Trust Fund (44.5 percent),
Education as determined by the Legislature (44.5 percent),
Nebraska State Fair (10 percent),
The Compulsive Gamblers Assistance Fund (1 percent, plus the first $500,000 in fund proceeds each fiscal year).
