New York Lottery General Information
The New York Lottery plays six state drawn games - Numbers (with midday and evening draws), Win 4
(with midday and evening drawss), Take Five, Pick 10, Sweet-Million, and Lotto.
Plus, two multiple-state games - Powerball and Mega Millions. There also a quas-instant game called
Club Quick Draw which is drawn every 4 minutes, and which we do not attemp to include in this web site.

Top prizes listed with "Rollover" are the starting amount. The Jackpot prizes will grow after every draw until someone wins.
Prizes listed with "Rolldown" will distribute the top prizes to second prize winners in the event that there are no top prize winners.
Pari-mutuel prize structure means players' winnings are determined by dividing the prize pool allocated for that winning category by the
number of winners.
New York Lottery General Rules and Regulations
The following are the most prominent rules and regulations that the player should be aware of before playing the New York lottery games.
- New York Lottery players must be 18 years of age or older.
- All Lottery tickets are bearer instruments. Playcards and sales receipts are not valid receipts and cannot be used to claim a prize.
- The Purchaser of a Lottery ticket has the sole responsibility for verifying the accuracy and condition of the data printed on
the ticket at the time of purchase.
- Neither the New York Lottery nor its agents shall be responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
- No corrections or cancellations can be made on a Lotto, Powerball or Mega Millions ticket.
- New York Lottery cannot be played by subscription or through the mail
- Use the ticket checker now available at all retail locations statewide to determine if you have a winning ticket before handing it to a store clerk for payment.
