Top prizes listed with "rollover" are the starting amount. The Jackpot prizes will grow after every draw until someone wins.
Pari-mutuel prize structure means players' winnings are determined by dividing the prize pool allocated for that winning category by the
number of winners.

North Dakota Lottery General Rules and Regulations
The following are the most prominent rules and regulations that the player should be aware of before playing the North Dakota lottery games.
- North Dakota Lottery players must be 18 years of age or older.
- Once purched, a ticket cannot be canceled.
- The North Dakota State Lottery cannot be purchsed over the internet or by credit card.
- The ticket, not the playslip, shall be the only valid proof of the selections made and the only valid instrument for claiming a prize.
- The North Dakota State Lottery is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Unless a ticket is signed, anyone who redeems
it can claim the prize. A player should sign the back of the ticket immediately upon purchase.

Claiming Prizes of the North Dakota Lottery
Here are the steps you have to follow if you are a lucky winner of any North Dakota lottery,
- North Dakota Lottery players have 180 days from the draw date to claim their prize. All unclaimed prizes are retained by the Lottery and ultimately transferred to the state general fund.
- You may claim prizes in person or by mail..
- A prize of $599 or less may be claimed at a Lottery retailer
- A prize of $600 or more must be paid by the Lottery. A player may present the player’s prize winning ticket in person at the
Lottery’s office located at 1050 E Interstate Ave, suite 200, Bismarck, ND between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon and 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- A player may also download and print a Prize Claim Form
or pick up a form from a Lottery retailer, complete and sign the form, and send it along with the signed winning ticket
- Federal law requires that the Lottery report winnings of $600 or more to the IRS. Federal income tax of 25% and state income
tax of 5.54% is withheld from any prize over $5,000. Other withholding provisions may apply.
