Pennsylvania Treasure Hunt Combinations Generator (Full Wheel)

Otherwise known as a Lottery Wheel, this utility generates all the combinations of a selected set of Treasure Hunt lottery numbers into groups of 5, with the option of fixing some selections. Fixed lottery numbers, also known as key numbers, are those lottery numbers that the user wants to appear in all generated lottery plays.

You can generate the combinations of a selected set of lottery numbers of the Pennsylvania Treasure Hunt game with or without fixing some of them. The purpose of fixing some numbers is to reduce the number of lottery plays generated. This results in lower cost, but at the expense of reduces chance of winning. For instance, the combinations of 7 lottery numbers will result in 21 lottery plays of Pennsylvania Treasure Hunt; but if 3 of the numbers are fixed, the number of lottery plays becomes 6. This utility allows you to fix upto upto 4 numbers. A Pennsylvania Treasure Hunt jackpot is guaranteed if the fixed numbers are all winning numbers, plus if all the other winning numbers are among the selected lottery numbers. If no numbers are fixed, then a jackpot is guaranteed as long as the winning lottery numbers are all within the selected lottery numbers. Full Wheel Usage Example for Treasure Hunt

Let us suppose that we want to play all Pennsylvania Treasure Hunt lottery numbers that are divisible by 4, that is, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28 (a total of 7). To preview the scenarios, select 7 from the drop-down numbers on the Preview panel and click on "Show Scenario". The total number of lottery plays to be generated will be shown as 21. Now, we can manipulate some 'what if' situations to see how the 21 lottery tickets would fare. For example, clicking on the 'If 4 correct' line will list that 3 of our Treasure Hunt lottery plays(tickets) will match 4-of-5, 12 will match 3-of-5, and so on. If all of the winning lottery numbers are divisible by 4, then it will be celebration time.

Now let us see the effect fixing 3 of our lottery numbers. While leaving 7 as the numbers to play, select 3 as the numbers to fix, and click the button. In this case there will be only 6 lottery plays to be generated all of which, as you'll see later, will contain the 3 fixed numbers. Here, the scenarios will involve how many of the fixed numbers and how many of the other selected lottery numbers are winners. For example, if 2 of the fixed numbers and 2 of the other selected lottery numbers are winners, then 1 of the 6 tickets will match 4-of-5, 4 will match 3-of-5, and so forth.

The generation part of Pennsylvania Treasure Hunt combinations shouldn't pose any problem. As explained above, a cycle of clicks on a number will select, fix, and unselect it, respectively. The 'Generate' button will list the resulting Treasure Hunt combinations in a new browser window.
