Top prizes listed with "rollover" are the starting amount. The Jackpot prizes will grow after every draw until someone wins.
Pari-mutuel prize structure means players' winnings are determined by dividing the prize pool allocated for that winning category by the
number of winners.

Washington Lottery General Rules and Regulations
The following are the most prominent rules and regulations that the player should be aware of before playing the Washington lottery games.
- Washington Lottery players must be 18 years of age or older. Minors may receive tickets as gifts.
- Washington Lottery employees and family members with whom they reside are restricted from purchasing Lottery tickets and
claiming a share of a winning Lottery ticket.
- You cannot buy Washington Lottery tickets over the internet. The only legal Washington's Lottery ticket is one purchased at a
licensed Lottery retail store location in Washington State.
- Losing a lottery ticket is almost like losing cash. Protect yourself by signing the back of your tickets when you buy them.
At the very least, sign any winning tickets, even before claiming your prize. Lottery tickets are bearer instruments. Unless you
sign a ticket, anyone else who has the ticket can claim the prize.

Where do the Washington Lottery profits go?
Lottery proceeds benefit education construction, stadium debt reduction, and the General Fund.
Lottery dollars for education now help fund college scholarships and state financial aid programs. From July 2010, more than
$100 million annually in Lottery proceeds will be dedicated to the Washington Opportunity Pathways Account to support programs
such as the State Need Grant, the State Work Study, the Washington Scholars, and the Washington Award for Vocational Excellence
(WAVE). Funds from the account may also be used for early learning programs.
Funds from the account will also help support early childhood education programs through the Early Childhood Education and
Assistance Program (ECEAP).
